Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability.

- • Orders destined for P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days
- • Orders destined for APO/FPO/DPO and U.S. Territories are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order's ship date

2ND DAY SERVICE
2nd Day orders placed by 3:00 PM ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. 2nd Day orders placed after 3:00 PM ET will be processed and shipped the next business day.
- • Orders shipped via 2nd Day Service are delivered within 2 business days from the order's ship date
- • Orders destined for P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO locations and some locations in Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for 2nd Day Service
- • Please note that a signature may be required upon delivery for 2nd Day shipments
Overnight orders placed by 3:00 PM ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Overnight orders placed after 3:00 PM ET will be processed and shipped the next business day.
- • Orders shipped via Overnight Service are delivered within 1 business day from the order's ship date
- • Orders destined for P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO locations and some locations in Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for Overnight Shipping

Some items sold by Model Launcher Cosmetics require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At Model Launcher, we comply with these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. If you wish to provide a physical address in the United States to which we can deliver, we will be happy to ship your full order.
SHIPMENTS TO FORWARDING COMPANIES
Model Launcher Cosmetics is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. This means that Model Launcher is not responsible to provide a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to use a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.
SHIPMENTS TO APO/FPO/DPO AND PO BOX ADDRESSES
Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO address, but some restrictions apply as explained in Shipping Restrictions.
Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses are delivered via the United States Postal Service and cannot be shipped via Second Day or Overnight Service.
SHIPMENTS TO U.S. TERRITORIES, ALASKA, AND HAWAII
Most items may be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories, but some restrictions apply as explained in Shipping Restrictions.
Overnight and Second Day Service is not available for orders being shipped to U.S. Territories and to some locations in Alaska and Hawaii.
OUR POLICY LASTS 30 DAYS. IF 30 DAYS HAVE GONE BY SINCE YOUR PURCHASE, UNFORTUNATELY WE CAN’T OFFER YOU A REFUND OR EXCHANGE. TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT. IT MUST ALSO BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN, WE REQUIRE A RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
ONCE YOUR RETURN IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED, WE WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL TO NOTIFY YOU THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURNED ITEM. WE WILL ALSO NOTIFY YOU OF THE APPROVAL OR REJECTION OF YOUR REFUND. IF YOU ARE APPROVED, THEN YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED, AND A CREDIT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE APPLIED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD OR ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT, WITHIN A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF DAYS.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
IF YOU HAVEN’T RECEIVED A REFUND YET, FIRST CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT AGAIN. THEN CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY, IT MAY TAKE SOME TIME BEFORE YOUR REFUND IS OFFICIALLY POSTED. NEXT CONTACT YOUR BANK. THERE IS OFTEN SOME PROCESSING TIME BEFORE A REFUND IS POSTED. IF YOU’VE DONE ALL OF THIS AND YOU STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR REFUND YET, PLEASE CONTACT US AT SUPPORT@MODELLAUNCHER.COM.

ONLY REGULAR PRICED ITEMS MAY BE REFUNDED, UNFORTUNATELY SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE REFUNDED.

IF THE ITEM WAS MARKED AS A GIFT WHEN PURCHASED AND SHIPPED DIRECTLY TO YOU, YOU’LL RECEIVE A GIFT CREDIT FOR THE VALUE OF YOUR RETURN. ONCE THE RETURNED ITEM IS RECEIVED, A GIFT CERTIFICATE WILL BE MAILED TO YOU.
